The Deal

This tool is free. In exchange, we receive an anonymous copy of your library data - no email, no name, no account info - for music research. That's the deal. No tricks.

How Your Data Flows

1. You log in on Spotify's own website (your password never touches our server)
2. Spotify gives us a temporary access token (expires in 1 hour)
3. We use that token to pull your liked songs, playlists, and top tracks
4. We strip all account info (name, Spotify ID, token)
5. You get the full export (JSON, CSV, or readable text). We keep an anonymous copy (songs only)

* Unlike Pandora, your password never touches our server. You log in directly on Spotify's website.
